El 14 de septiembre, la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Premios Hugo entreg\u00f3 las estatuillas correspondientes a la 16\u00aa edici\u00f3n de este prestigioso galard\u00f3n, que distingue lo mejor de la actividad del teatro musical en la Argentina. Creados por Ricky Pashkus y Pablo Gorlero, los Premios Hugo celebran el talento, la creatividad y la excelencia de las producciones y artistas que enriquecen el g\u00e9nero. La ceremonia de entrega de premios se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Teatro Coliseo, desde las 20.30 horas, con la conducci\u00f3n de Laura Oliva, Pablo Gorlero y Ricky Pashkus. La impecable transmisi\u00f3n estuvo a cargo, una vez m\u00e1s, por la TV P\u00fablica. All\u00ed concurrieron no s\u00f3lo los nominados sino tambi\u00e9n gran cantidad de artistas pertenecientes al \u00e1mbito del teatro porte\u00f1o. La ceremonia estuvo repleta de sorpresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La que gener\u00f3 mayor fervor fue la vibrante obertura \u201cUn musical\u201d, en la que se hizo referencia a los 100 a\u00f1os del teatro musical en la Argentina, con 24 artistas en escena. All\u00ed se lucieron, especialmente, Diego Reinhold y Diego Ramos, quienes volvieron a reunirse despu\u00e9s de haber hecho dupla en \u201cLos exitosos Pells\u201d, hace 18 a\u00f1os. Dicho cuadro tuvo la direcci\u00f3n de Pablo Gorlero, la coreograf\u00eda de Georgina Tirotta, la direcci\u00f3n musical de Fernando Nazar y la direcci\u00f3n vocal de Gabriel Giagrante. Tambi\u00e9n deslumbraron las participaciones de los elencos de \u201cHairspray\u201d, \u201cBilly Elliot\u201d y \u201cCompany, las obras nominadas como Mejor Musical; as\u00ed como la participaci\u00f3n de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda Juvenil de Ricky Pashkus. La despedida a los artistas que partieron durante esta temporada estuvo a cargo de Gonzalo Castagnino, y fue interpretada por Pato Witis y Manu Perin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una de las sorpresas fue la entrega de 91 mini Premios Hugo a las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os artistas que participaron este a\u00f1o de musicales como \u201cBilly Elliot\u201d, \u201cCharlie y la f\u00e1brica de chocolate\u201d, \u201cAnnie\u201d, \u201cPap\u00e1 por siempre\u201d y \u201cCuando dej\u00e9 de volar\u201d, entre otros. Esta 16\u00aa edici\u00f3n de los Premios Hugo cuenta con el valioso apoyo de Buenos Aires Ciudad, la Fundaci\u00f3n Santander Argentina, para reafirmar el compromiso de Santander con la cultura, el arte y la educaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds a trav\u00e9s de Mecenazgo Cultural, el programa del Ministerio de Cultura de la Ciudad, que impulsa proyectos art\u00edsticos\u2013culturales. Sobre los Premios Hugo al Teatro Musical<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los Premios Hugo son una iniciativa creada por Ricky Pashkus y Pablo Gorlero con el fin de distinguir todos los rubros, categor\u00edas y especializaciones del teatro musical en nuestro pa\u00eds. Han tomado el nombre de Hugo Mid\u00f3n como un modelo a seguir y homenaje en vida a uno de los maestros m\u00e1s importantes del g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Premios Hugo se propone estimular toda forma de teatro musical y todas las expresiones art\u00edsticas y\/o t\u00e9cnicas inherentes al mismo.
