Sin embargo, en los \u00faltimos meses comenz\u00f3 a ganar terreno una nueva tendencia conocida como <strong>\u201cfercerveza\u201d<\/strong> o <strong>\u201ccerferveza\u201d<\/strong>, una mezcla de fernet y cerveza rubia que genera preocupaci\u00f3n por su alta graduaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan las notas publicadas por distintos medios, esta combinaci\u00f3n puede alcanzar cerca de un 20% de alcohol en el vaso, dependiendo de las proporciones utilizadas. El fen\u00f3meno se suma a un cambio en los h\u00e1bitos de consumo de los j\u00f3venes, que en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas pasaron de preferir la cerveza a consumir cada vez m\u00e1s fernet, una bebida con una graduaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica muy superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los especialistas advierten que el riesgo no est\u00e1 solo en la cantidad de alcohol. La mezcla del fernet con bebidas gaseosas o dulces puede enmascarar su sabor y facilitar un consumo mayor al que la persona percibe.
