Dorarlas en una olla, girando los cubos de carne para sellarlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sumar el aceite y agregar la cebolla, las zanahorias y el&nbsp; verdeo.Rehogar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agregar tomate y cocinar unos minutos, hasta obtener una salsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorporar las lentejas al guiso. Cubrir con caldo y cocinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cortar el chorizo colorado y el parrillero en rodajas. (reservar el agua de cocci\u00f3n)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agregar la mitad de agua fr\u00eda, (obtener 10 lts aprox) en total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sumar la carne cortada en trozos de 5 cm de lado, la panceta en cubos,&nbsp; el chorizo en cubos y los vegetales cortados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Llevar a hervor, a baja ebullici\u00f3n cocinar 30 min. Retirar la carne (reservar). Agregar&nbsp; al caldo de cocci\u00f3n las manitas de cerdo picadas. Poner el ma\u00edz blanco escurrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cocinar durante 1 hr a baja ebullici\u00f3n, hay que tener en cuenta que el l\u00edquido deber\u00e1 ser 5 veces el volumen del ma\u00edz. Colocar el zapallo cabutia cortado. Cocinar a fuego suave durante 2:30 hs a 3 hrs. A\u00f1adir la carne faltando 1,30 min del tiempo de cocci\u00f3n.
