Un nuevo repaso de estudios mostr\u00f3 que cuando dormimos menos de lo necesario, la tristeza, la ansiedad y la irritabilidad aumentan\u2026 y mucho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ciencia explica que el sue\u00f1o es clave para regular las emociones. Cuando dormimos poco, la am\u00edgdala (la zona que activa las alarmas emocionales) se descontrola, y la corteza prefrontal pierde parte de su capacidad para \u201cfrenarla\u201d. Resultado: todo se siente m\u00e1s intenso, m\u00e1s pesado y m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de manejar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En j\u00f3venes y adolescentes, el impacto es a\u00fan mayor. Los estudios se\u00f1alan que dormir menos de lo recomendado aumenta el riesgo de depresi\u00f3n, ansiedad e incluso ideaci\u00f3n suicida. Mantener horarios regulares, limitar pantallas antes de acostarse y exponerse a luz natural durante el d\u00eda ayuda a regular el ritmo biol\u00f3gico y bajar la carga emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dormir bien no es perder tiempo: es una inversi\u00f3n. La evidencia es clara en algo simple y contundente: quienes duermen entre 7 y 9 horas tienen menos riesgo de tristeza y m\u00e1s estabilidad emocional.
