Entre las principales causas de agotamiento mental de diciembre se destacan la presi\u00f3n por cumplir metas, las exigencias laborales y personales, y la reflexi\u00f3n sobre los logros y fracasos del a\u00f1o. La acumulaci\u00f3n de estas emociones puede desgastar tanto la mente como el cuerpo, afectando significativamente la calidad de vida de las personas en este periodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La presi\u00f3n por &#8220;cerrar el a\u00f1o con \u00e9xito&#8221; es uno de los factores m\u00e1s desgastantes en una sociedad altamente competitiva. Las metas no cumplidas pueden provocar sentimientos de frustraci\u00f3n, desvalorizaci\u00f3n y disminuci\u00f3n de la autoestima. Esta autoexigencia, alimentada por el entorno, genera pensamientos negativos que invaden la mente y afectan la autoconfianza. Es un ciclo que agota emocional y psicol\u00f3gicamente, disminuyendo la capacidad de apreciar los logros alcanzados y creando un enfoque desmedido en lo que qued\u00f3 pendiente, lo que incrementa a\u00fan m\u00e1s la sensaci\u00f3n de insatisfacci\u00f3n y cansancio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLas se\u00f1ales de alerta de agotamiento mental y f\u00edsico son claras y no deben ignorarse. Entre los s\u00edntomas psicol\u00f3gicos destacan la fatiga emocional, la irritabilidad, ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n, dificultad para concentrarse y p\u00e9rdida de motivaci\u00f3n. En el \u00e1mbito f\u00edsico, se manifiestan dolores de cabeza, problemas de sue\u00f1o, tensi\u00f3n muscular, dificultades digestivas, cambios en la piel y fatiga generalizada. Liliana Acu\u00f1a, psic\u00f3loga de Boreal Salud (MP 4379).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este contexto, para prevenir el agotamiento psicol\u00f3gico y mental en esta \u00e9poca, se recomiendan las siguientes medidas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Practicar t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n como meditaci\u00f3n o yoga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gestionar el estr\u00e9s mediante planificaci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dedicar tiempo al autocuidado con actividades placenteras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establecer l\u00edmites claros en las relaciones y compromisos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desarrollar resiliencia con apoyo social y gratitud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reevaluar pensamientos negativos para reducir la ansiedad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buscar apoyo familiar, social o profesional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantener h\u00e1bitos saludables como buena alimentaci\u00f3n y ejercicio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Priorizar el descanso adecuado y reparador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practicar la autocompasi\u00f3n y ser menos cr\u00edtico consigo mismo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El agotamiento mental afecta la capacidad de disfrutar las festividades, transformando momentos de celebraci\u00f3n en episodios de tristeza, desolaci\u00f3n y angustia. La presi\u00f3n social y la sobrecarga emocional dificultan que las personas encuentren alegr\u00eda en las reuniones familiares y actividades propias de la temporada.
