{"id":19210,"date":"2024-11-11T13:13:26","date_gmt":"2024-11-11T16:13:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sergiolapegue.com\/site\/?p=19210"},"modified":"2024-11-11T13:13:28","modified_gmt":"2024-11-11T16:13:28","slug":"de-la-tierra-al-asfalto-la-historia-de-las-dos-avenidas-mas-importantes-de-lomas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sergiolapegue.com\/site\/2024\/11\/11\/de-la-tierra-al-asfalto-la-historia-de-las-dos-avenidas-mas-importantes-de-lomas\/","title":{"rendered":"De la tierra al asfalto: la historia de las dos avenidas m\u00e1s importantes de Lomas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00a1Hola de nuevo, queridos amigos de<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/launion.com.ar\/Lomas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;La Uni\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/launion.com.ar\/Lomas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">!&nbsp;<\/a>Hoy los invito a conocer la historia de las que quiz\u00e1s son las avenidas m\u00e1s transitadas e influyentes de<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/launion.com.ar\/nota\/42831\/2024\/11\/crean-nuevas-huertas-en-lomas-y-entregan-semillas-para-producir-alimentos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;Lomas de Zamora<\/a>: Hip\u00f3lito Yrigoyen y Alsina\/Almirante Brown.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empecemos remont\u00e1ndonos al origen, bien atr\u00e1s en el tiempo. Hacia el sur de la Capital, cruzando el Riachuelo, la \u00fanica manera era de pasar era con canoas. Desde el siglo XVII se ubicaba uno de los tantos pasos, el de Pedro Salazar (llamado as\u00ed por un vecino&nbsp;que ten\u00eda una chacra cerca del cruce).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1653 el Cabildo reglamenta el paso con canoas para el uso de la gente, convirti\u00e9ndose de esta manera en el primer camino &#8220;El paso de las canoas&#8221;, donde en ese lugar se levantar\u00eda el primer puente sobre el Riachuelo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1791 se inaugura el puente que llevar\u00eda el nombre de su constructor Juan Guti\u00e9rrez G\u00e1lvez (Puente de G\u00e1lvez), en el cual se cobraba peaje. En este puente nac\u00eda el antiguo&nbsp;<strong>Camino Real,<\/strong>&nbsp;actual avenida&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/launion.com.ar\/nota\/42809\/2024\/11\/fuerte-choque-en-turdera--una-mujer-quedo-atrapada-dentro-de-un-auto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hip\u00f3lito Yrigoyen,<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;que se abrir\u00eda hacia el sur de la provincia&nbsp;como un camino de tierra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se dirig\u00eda por las pampas, abri\u00e9ndose por donde hoy est\u00e1 el puente carretero de Remedios de Escalada, naciendo all\u00ed el<strong>&nbsp;Camino de las Carretas<\/strong>&nbsp;(avenida Alsina) que llevar\u00eda hasta Chascom\u00fas, un largo sendero desolado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>Camino de las Carretas<\/strong>&nbsp;donde quiz\u00e1 dibujar\u00eda alg\u00fan vestigio de civilizaci\u00f3n era<a href=\"https:\/\/launion.com.ar\/nota\/42811\/2024\/11\/los-detalles-de-la-visita-de-cristina-kirchner-a-una-planta-de-reciclado-en-fiorito\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;llegando a<\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/launion.com.ar\/nota\/42811\/2024\/11\/los-detalles-de-la-visita-de-cristina-kirchner-a-una-planta-de-reciclado-en-fiorito\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;Lomas de Zamora<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/launion.com.ar\/nota\/42811\/2024\/11\/los-detalles-de-la-visita-de-cristina-kirchner-a-una-planta-de-reciclado-en-fiorito\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">,&nbsp;<\/a>la primera posta. El lugar exacto donde actualmente tiene su cabecera la L\u00ednea 266, frente a la&nbsp;<strong>Estaci\u00f3n de Trenes de Lomas.<\/strong>&nbsp;Un largo recorrido que en la historia lomense tambi\u00e9n cobij\u00f3 a la antigua casona de estilo colonial levantada en 1840, que hoy todav\u00eda est\u00e1 en pie sobre la avenida Almirante Brown y en donde funciona la Biblioteca Popular Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Guti\u00e9rrez desde 1938.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la d\u00e9cada del 50, la avenida ten\u00eda un boulevard con palmeras y canteros, un paisaje urbano que lamentablemente se perdi\u00f3. El mayor tr\u00e1nsito y flujo de personas hizo lo inevitable: que el camino dejase su inicial paso de las carretas y carruajes de principio&nbsp;de siglo, para dejarle lugar a autos, colectivos y camiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto llev\u00f3 a que desapareciera bajo la piqueta el boulevard y el empedrado. Hacia fines de los 60 y comienzos de los 70 se ensanch\u00f3 y asfalt\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algo similar con lo que ocurri\u00f3 con la&nbsp;<strong>avenida Hip\u00f3lito Yrigoyen<\/strong>, antes&nbsp;<strong>Avenida General Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>&nbsp;y conocida popularmente como Avenida Pav\u00f3n debido a su nacimiento en Avellaneda. Pasaron 117 a\u00f1os de aquella postal antigua, de lo que fue la zona cuando era el&nbsp;<strong>Camino Real,&nbsp;<\/strong>donde pasaban las carretas por esta arteria que comunicaba la Ciudad de Buenos Aires con San Vicente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gran v\u00eda une a lo largo de varios kil\u00f3metros a varias ciudades y partidos del Gran Buenos Aires.
