Un concepto \u00fanico en el pa\u00eds y el segundo de Latinoam\u00e9rica, que cautiva los sentidos de principio a fin.<br><br>Con la&nbsp;<strong>cocina &#8220;tecnoemocional&#8221;, es un restaurante que fusiona la tecnolog\u00eda con el gusto y el olfato, y&nbsp;una&nbsp;experiencia inmersiva y multisensorial.&nbsp;<\/strong>Con un formato Speakeasy, donde al ingresar te reciben en una recepci\u00f3n el gerente, el host y un maestro de ceremonias, invita a un cuarto futurista con una mesa central y paredes blancas, que al estilo lienzo, se \u2018pintan\u2019 con paisajes de 10 mundos o lugares creados a trav\u00e9s de proyecciones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Distintos escenarios en una misma experiencia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intenci\u00f3n es llevar a los comensales por un viaje de casi 3 horas, en el que se \u201ctransportan\u201d desde la Patagonia Argentina a una selva misionera; del cielo al fondo del mar y del espacio a la playa, entre otros. El sal\u00f3n cuenta con una gran mesa blanca en el centro, con solo 16 sillas, rodeadas por paredes -tambi\u00e9n muy blancas al estilo lienzo- que poco a poco se comienzan a \u201cpintar\u201d con paisajes y lugares creados a trav\u00e9s de proyecciones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El objetivo est\u00e1 cumplido: los comensales se \u201ctransportan\u201d, mientras disfrutan de la comida, a 12 mundos diferentes y m\u00e1gicos, siempre guiados por un maestro de ceremonias.<\/strong>&nbsp;Durante el recorrido se siente fr\u00edo y calor; Desde entonces, trabajamos en lo que ahora es una c\u00e1psula gastron\u00f3mica de inmersi\u00f3n multisensorial, una realidad tangible. Freness\u00ec&nbsp;hoy es un sue\u00f1o hecho realidad en Colombia y Argentina con pronta expansi\u00f3n a Europa y otros pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n&#8221;<\/em>, coment\u00f3 Jairo Palacios Ospina,&nbsp;CEO y Co Fundador de Freness\u00ec&nbsp;Argentina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el concepto y puesta en marcha de Freness\u00ec, del Grupo Seratta, intervino un grupo interdisciplinario muy selecto, compuesto no solo por chefs, bartenders y sommeliers, sino que tambi\u00e9n por ingenieros, dise\u00f1adores, ilusionistas, luminot\u00e9cnicos y creativos entre otros. Se hicieron acuerdos con importantes empresas de tecnolog\u00eda para unir esfuerzos y darle vida a este lugar que cuenta con una de las mejores salas del pa\u00eds en cuanto al ambiente Dolby amos, lo que permite una calidad de sonido imponente que se suma al uso de una tecnolog\u00eda poco usual en el mundo de la restauraci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cocina de autor con sabor umami<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Freness\u00ec la gastronom\u00eda es Arte, y el viaje se hace desde los sentidos para descubrir los sabores y aromas que ofrece la cocina de autor. No existe carta, sino que se sirve un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3n con su respectivo maridaje.&nbsp;<br><br>Compuesto por 10 pasos, el men\u00fa de Freness\u00ec -creado por Juan Camilo Rico, chef corporativo del Grupo Seratta; Adri\u00e1n Le\u00f3n, chef corporativo de campo di Fiori y Jairo Palacios, que adem\u00e1s es el \u201cchef\u201d creativo, fue cuidadosamente dise\u00f1ado para contar historias a trav\u00e9s de cada plato. Adem\u00e1s, los chefs Ruben Trincado y F\u00e9lix Jimenez, que cuentan en su haber con Estrellas Michelin y Soles Repsol, tambi\u00e9n hicieron importantes aportes. El argentino Mauro Belot recibi\u00f3&nbsp;capacitaci\u00f3n en Bogot\u00e1 por parte de los creadores y traslad\u00f3&nbsp;los sabores al paladar local teniendo en cuenta los insumos, geograf\u00eda y proveedores de la mejor materia prima que se consigue en el pa\u00eds.<br><br>Cada bocado del men\u00fa tiene un sabor umami porque los chefs estudiaron diferentes productos para entender su versatilidad y poder modificarlos; tambi\u00e9n crearon mezclas, texturas y la propuesta gastron\u00f3mica de productos Argentinos se llev\u00f3 a la alta cocina con presentaciones disyuntivas. En Freness\u00ec se unen vinos, mitolog\u00eda, gastronom\u00eda y tecnolog\u00eda con una propuesta muy cuidada.
