Este s\u00edndrome surge en el trabajo, pero termina afectando la calidad de vida y la salud mental de quienes lo padecen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa definici\u00f3n m\u00e1s acertada que tenemos de este s\u00edndrome es la que lo describe como una forma inadecuada de afrontar el estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico, cuyos rasgos principales son el agotamiento emocional, la despersonalizaci\u00f3n y la disminuci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o personal\u201d, menciona Gustavo Lase, Director de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas de OSPEDYC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y agrega \u201cExisten una serie de causas que provocan la sensaci\u00f3n de agotamiento que pueden ser: el trabajo bajo presi\u00f3n constante, los v\u00ednculos t\u00f3xicos entre colegas y\/o superiores y trabajar m\u00e1s horas de las recomendadas. Para abordar estas causas, es esencial cultivar relaciones sanas, practicar la escucha activa, tener la valent\u00eda de plantear temas dif\u00edciles, demostrar empat\u00eda y buscar un equilibrio adecuado entre el trabajo y la vida social.
